Typography

I’ve been reaserching typography

http://www.fonts.com/content/learning/fyti/situational-typography/typography-for-children

This is what I’ve learned:

The letter’s should be simple, not to much serif and italic.

The counters should be open and rounded.

Use about 14 point text, so that it is easier to read. The leading should also be quite large between 4-6 points.

Keep the sentences short, and not much text on each page.

The titles should be playful and fun with lots of colour.

I’m planning on using two different fonts primarily, Sasson and Sansation that I found on the dafont.com
